Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
How to Check Your Order Status:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at glowhardbymk@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.
Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at glowhardbymk@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
To exchange, return your item as above and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
